Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
The health and wellbeing of our guests is of the utmost importance. So, while we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep our holiday properties safe.
- As always, we are thoroughly cleaning our properties, and paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms, tables, etc.
- If you feel unwell either during or after a stay with us and suspect that you may have contracted Covid-19 please ensure that you let us know.
We realise that these are uncertain times; any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will receive a full refund and will not forfeit the security deposit; this applies to current and future bookings throughout summer 2020.
Guests who book through Airbnb will receive a full refund from us, but the service fee from Airbnb may not be refunded; more details can be found on their website.
