Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
The health and wellbeing of our guests is of the utmost importance. So, while we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep our holiday properties safe.
- As always, we are thoroughly cleaning our properties, and paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms, tables, etc.
- If you feel unwell either during or after a stay with us and suspect that you may have contracted Covid-19 please ensure that you let us know.
We realise that these are uncertain times, and from now until the end of April, we will be amending our cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will receive a full refund and will not forfeit the security deposit; this applies to current and future bookings.
Airbnb have also made changes to their policy and the details are below:
For that reason, our extenuating circumstances policy will now apply globally to eligible reservations booked on or before March 14th, and with at least one night between March 14th and April 14th.
